I'm getting sick of this now. I reported my case where they've debited my account with 1. R169 after terminating my contract. I have been trying to move to MTN for the past 2 Months without any success. MTN is telling me a simple thing. They can not pull the account as Nashua still has me a contract subscriber. Despite several emails to Nashua informing them that MTN cannot help me. They decided to close the case without helping me.
2. They have debited R169 and R69 is for hardware subsidy which I have finished paying for. They cannot account why they charged me after 24 months. How many poeople have they fraudalently charge d without them noticing?
They promised to refund the R169 which was fraudalently debited on the 25th Nov. It's now the 21st December and still waiting for a refund. I forsee another debit order of R169 on the 25th or before of December.
Now these incompetent Nashua employees do not respond to my emails. I've sent sent and email dated 19th December advising them that I've been to MTN again. They still can not do it and they have emailed me the screen dumb. All I ask for now is Nashua to make it their problem to move my number to MTN coz I'm not winning
