I have complaint about 8ta in the past, and would gladly show anyone, the email communication that followed... I will bet my whole bankaccount, and name, in court and repeat what I say here.
We are staying at an address that has a "HIGH" signal strength. But the last week or two, you can see that they are slipping on SIGNAL STRENGHT AGAIN. IT takes FOREVER to open a video clip, I battle my of to attach photos to my email (350kb to 1.4mb)
The modem light changes constantly from light, to dark blue, as the signal strength flucktuates. When I bought the service and modem, it was EXCELLENT, and even compaired it to be OUTSTANDING compaired to my Vodacom modem, and told every person I know of the speed of connectivity, and downloads.
It is now, compaired to then, a pain in the . (And let me guess, one of your agents will sent me email, after email in which I will be asked questions, and then THAT person will NOT read the email, and ask me the same question again, until I AGAIN lose my patients and tell such a person "READ THE F*(&KING EMAIL YOU M@R@N) and then my problem is attended to??
