After bill that I received from Telkom for December, they phoned me and I asked them why I should pay for a service that is not working (My phone last worked on the 15 October 2012), I received another bill this morning. A bill for NO SERVICE. My phone is still not working and no one at TELKOM can tell me why. But they want money for the service (I dont know what service).

Can someone please sort this out or cancel my account with Telkom as I dont want to struggle like this every month.
