Still being billed after my line has been removed

I havent' recieved any telkom bill for about 1 year but kept on paying whilst trying to sort out the problem of me not recieving the bill. For the last 6 months I didnt have any use of my Internet or telephone line. The reason according to Telkom was arrears, but still I did not recieve any bill. End of the story was me paying for no service. I then cancelled ALL use of telkom services. Now 2 months after I've cancelled their service Im starting to recieve bills. Only problem is Their billing me for the two months and this month in advance as if I'm still a customer. Ive been on the phone for two hours now, without being able to speak to someone from telkom. PLEASE HELP, WAHT AM I TO DO???
