Telkom, we make business work (NOT!!!)

We have had no internet or phones for 7 days now, we have our reference numbers from Hellkom, and they keep giving us lame excuses and cannot tell us when we will be up and running. We run a business, and with no phones and internet, they are actually crippling us, we estimate we have lost over R100k already, and when you try speak to one of the highly intelligent call centre operators, they pretty much say it is tough takkie... We are also going to take legal action now, and take the matter to the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa, as when we phone their little 10217 number, the welcome message is "Telkom, the network that makes business work" which is very misleading.
We demand compensation from Telkom for business losses, but more importantly, we just need to get operational again, no phones and no internet = no money = more unemployment - I want to know how Telkom "is making business work".
I stressed the importance to the bright one at the call centre, and requested a wireless option till they come right and the most intellectual thing I could get out of them was that they were aware of my challenge and they will prioritise ie... HELLKOM is useless
