SLOW / BAD SERVICE!!!

Good Day

In February I called telkom to transfer my service to my new address. I was told it will take 10 working day. On the 12 March 2013 I then called in again to cancel my service as Telkom did not get back to me with transferring my service and every month I get a bill and I pay it but yet no one from Telkom gets back me.

Today I called Telkom again to cancel my service and again I was told someone will call my within 5 working days to cancel my service and the call centre agent not sure why no one called me back in the 1st place.

I find the completely disgusting from Telkom. I want my service cancel immediatly and the months I paid and did not use the service to refunded or added to Laptop bill
