ILLEGAL: Paying for a 2MB line but only get 512KB!

I was in contact with Fabian, 0876250888, 9:35pm - 15/01/2013. I had initially called about a slow line speed as I am suppose to be on a 2MB line but getting speeds much lower! Fabian then told me my line was only set to 512kb, I did however upgraded in July 2012 to 2MB line (tailored price as you matched a price Afrihost quoted me). My question now is that, how can you bill me for 2MB when It was only set to 512kb?

I'm extremely disappointed that you would ILLEGALLY CHEAT a customer. In simple terms it means I was, and still am, currently paying an excessive price, 7 months and counting, for a 512kb line when in fact I should be getting 2MB! Its unacceptable that I be provided with an incorrect service like this and pay at a premium price! Fabian did upgrade the speed back to 2MB but I paid a premium for 7 months (nearly 8) but received an inferior speed.

I would have spotted this problem earlier however I dont stay at the residence, rather just pay for the service. It was only when i visited the residence after all these months, that i realised something was wrong.

Legal proceedings will occur if the issue is not resolved.
