I've become REALLY annoyed with your service!

I've recently decided to get ADSL and chose Mweb (including the line rental service). From the start I've had issues, I'm usually patient and sat through these but with the latest problem I've had enough.
Problems thus far:
1) Client services called me asking for my contract, which I did submit (the lady was very professional and apologized, so no real issue there).
2) The telephone number on which the line was installed was supposedly wrong, it was not (more delays).
3) The log-in details provided did not work (another delay). I probably waited 20 mins for my call to be taken and eventually hung up and mailed their sales team to fix the issue.
4) My payment details are wrong, It's a debit order not cash payment (that's fixed now).
5) I can't log-in to my account using [URL Removed] as I get redirected to "This page does not exist", so I can't log an online ticket (which is my next issue).
6) Yesterday my line stopped syncing after working fine for 3 weeks. I mailed technical support, 8 hours later I have yet to hear from them. SO, I logged a call with Telkom myself (What am I paying you for?).
What is going on over there? When you eventually get around to it, fix my line!
