"Why not give SA's best (supposedly) ISP a call? " What could be possibly go wrong...?

WHAT A JOKE! At first the sign up procedure was fairly simple, given the fact that it was done by ME. I received a call from Mweb shortly after to confirm the details of my Bank Account... but they failed to mention how the process of activating the line will work and how long this will take... If only had I had taken this as a sign!

A few days later, I had a chat with one of the sales guys who explained to me - for some unknown-to -anyone -reason, my line was cancelled on Telkom's side, so I was left in the dark again... Take note - ADSL line cancelled without my consent!

In the weeks following I received call upon call to confirm that my line was now active, jet set and ready to go! HOWEVER - not once, while assisted by the Mweb team, did we manage to correctly configure the Router / Modem and not once was the line picked up to be active on the system... so what is the real deal here?

I have since cancelled this INACTIVE service, with NO data usage on the account - but I have received an invoice of R845.36 to be paid -and I ask this with all due respect... WHAT THE FOR MWEB???
