Two weeks ago I logged change requests to be done.
1. Upgrade to 2M data speed on Mweb, 2. Have my line rental moved to Mweb.
I received an SMS said that the change requests has been done. However, my internet speed did not improve, in fact there are times that I can't even load a internet page. What I am experiencing is the speed is worse than 1M line telkom. I called the Mweb technician support centre and was told that he is unable to help, told me to call sales support, then sales support told me this is a techinicial issue and directed me back to technicial support. I was told by them that my mweb account is not set up on their side???
I am extremely upset with the level of service I am receiving from Mweb. Why send the sms confirmation when change requests are not done? Had I not phone in to find out about it, no one would have picked the issue up? Who is going to compensate my 30mins of airtime of messing me around? By when will I have proper 2M internet speed? (Wait another 2 weeks???)
