Mweb loses paperwork and offers terrible service

I moved at the beginning of October 2012 and contacted Mweb to move the line. Apparently I couldn't move the line, but had to submit paperwork so that Mweb could remove the line and give it back to Telkom. This has not taken place. We are now into the fourth month of Telkom charging me for a line that is with Mweb. Telkom call my old line a wholesale eDSL line, meaning its still with Mweb. What confuses me is that this line was supposed to have been sent back to Telkom for cancellation in October 2012. Something must have happened on this account though, because I am now being charged by Telkom for a line that is being held by Mweb. So the cancellation was "done" but never, in fact, done.

To take this further, I contacted Mweb to migrate my new Telkom line to Mweb so I could pay one provider. I believe it's called all-inclusive. According to the woman from Mweb's "client services" department I spoke to on the telephone earlier today, this migration never happened either. Telkom is charging me for that ADSL line. But so is Mweb. So far, this has cost me R1'220.00.
