No Feedback or Follow up on Call logged

I've tried contacting MWEB call centre for tech support and ended up holding on for ten minutes listening to a voice recording being repeated over and over again. Quite frustrating... to say the least. I've call before and logged a call regarding my ADSL line.

A Telkom agent came out to my house to "try to resolve" the issue, he gave me his contact number and said he was resetting something in the box and if I still had the same problem to contact him again... which I did and he said he will go sort it out. Im still waiting for this issue to be resolved, and no one from Telkom or Mweb has even bothered to contact me regarding this problem, which by the, is STILL a problem (my router rebooted 5 times last night in the space of 4 hours) RIDICULOUS service. This only happened after I migrated my line to MWEB. Its shocking that Mweb cannot even follow up on a call logged yet I get a sms stating my account is over by 330 as my bill was over R700 last month for what reason??? (which is paid in advance - n my bill suppose to be R499) FOR SERVICE, I might add.
