My bb 9300 went in for repairs beginning of October. Three people in Autopage told me that it was still under warranty, was 20 months old. Was told repairs take 6-8 weeks. Story short, fougt with them for 10 weeks. At 10 WEEKS I got a call from head office saying I need to pay R560 for repair as its not under warranty! He didn't really want to hear anything except do I accept the quote, NOT happy, but accepted the quote as I needed my phone back! Crystal from Autopage contacted me to confirm that I had accepted and basically told me I have no right to phone and be rude to the people in Autopage! SERIOUSLY!! This was all their fault to start off with telling me its under warranty! I phoned REGIONAL MANAGER CLINT HENDERSON in December when I got told I had to pay and I told him the story, he said he would see what he could do about it, eventually after weeks said i agreed to quote. I said FINE! Got bill and was over charged! Bill was almost R800 for repair! Waiting weeks to be fixed as well as reconnection fees! Going to have to go to the paper with this, not like Autopage would care as their service is horrible and the happy with that!! WILL NEVER GO THROUGH AUTOPAGE AGAIN!!!
