WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I took my Samsung Tablet to VodaWorld on the 29/11/13 for a repair. I phoned them the 12/12/13&said that I accepted the quote of R82 &they can go ahead with the repair.13/12/13 I went to vodaworld&in person they assured me that the acceptance of the quote was on their system&it will be fixed. During my Dec holiday I received a sms saying that my Tablet was not repaired&is being sent back to Vodaworld. I phoned them&was told that I never accepted the quote? On 6/01/14 my mother went to fetch my tablet for me at Vodaworld. Then they gave her an Iphone&treated her as if she was mistaken. Finally they realised that they made a mistake and fetched the tablet. My mother handed in the tablet for repairs again. We then approved a quote of R82 again. My father went to Vodacom this morning, 20/1/14&then they handed him an invoice for over R400. After he refused to pay this quote, they searched for the real quote&finally found the one for R82. I have to pay 2 months service, for absolutely no service.
