I changed my phone from being a blackberry to being a nokia lumnia, thus I then changed my sim card from the old version to the sdcard type, ever since this change happened, I can no longer access the self help service e.g *141*9*2# wherein I will be using my loyalty points. I did do my best so to resolve this issue. I first called the mtn call centre where they told me that the cause might be that my sim card is locked, they did unlock it but still it did not work. I then called autopage call centre twice and on both accounts I only have a reference number nr:1921766 but my phone still can not work. This has led to me loosing a lot of money.
