My account was messed up due to a downgrade and upgrade (not my error). Now my acc is to be debited R876.31 MORE than what it should be. Im being charged for a downgrade fee of R750 (not correct), an upgrade fee of R92.10 (which was I was told would be be waved) and a fee of R34.21 for a promo fee (what the is this for???) I want these credits done immediately. When I queried this bill with the consultant, I was told that I prob used up my 2G of data and therefore need to need to incur the costs (this without being investigated) I have NOT touched my tablet at all. I have also queried the data on that number and still have not recieved a response!!
Its amazing how you give such good service when making a sale yet when theres a problem, Im told to be patient??
This is R876.31 of my money!!! Would you be patient if it concerned your money???
I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the service I have recieved from MTN.

I WILL CONTINUE TO HELLOPETER MTN UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. SHOULD THIS NOT BE RESOLVED BY THURSDAY, I WILL SEND MTN A LEGAL NOTICE AND TAKE THIS FURTHER! THIS IS!
