SHOCKING SERVICE!!

I AM HORRIFIED AT THE SERVICE RECIEVED FROM NASHUA MOBILE! I PORTED FROM VODACOM TO CELL C FOR MY UPGRADE . MASOPA FROM UPGRADES MADE THE UPGRADE TO CELL C SEEM LOVELY BUT SINCE THE DAY I SPOKE TO MASOPA I HAVE HAD NON STOP ISSUES. ON THE 28/06 I HAD TO MAKE AN URGENT CALL ONLY TO FIND THAT NASHUA HAD BLOCKED MY VODACOM SIM CARD, SINCE I CHANGED TO CELLC I HAD THE MICRO SIM IN MY NEW PHONE WAITING FOR ACTIVATION. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I HAD NO NOTICE NOR FEEDBACK FROM NASHUA ADVISING ME OF THIS. i CALLED NASHUA THE NEXT DAY TO BE TOLD THAT MY SIM HAD BEEN CANCELLED AND THAT MY CELLC SIM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ACTIVATED BUT HAD NOT BEEN.
ON THE 09/06 I RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM NASHUA STATING 80% OF MY CALL LIMIT HAD BEEN REACHED I FOUND THIS INSANE AS I WAS PROMISED 100 FREE MESSAGES, 100 FREE CALL MINUTES AND 400MB OF DATA NOT TO MENTION I HARDLY USE MY PHONE AND HAVE UNLIMITED FREE WIFI AT HOME.ON THE 09TH I QUERIED THIS WITH NASHUA ONLY TO BE ADVISED MY DATA HAD NOT BEEN ACTIVATED, ON THE 14/07 I RECIEVED A MSG TO SAY (R470.83) 100% OF MY R300 LIMIT WAS REACHED AND I HAVE BEEN SOFT LOCKED.

THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR NASHUA NOT DOING THERE JOB AND DATA CHARGED??
