Phone in repairs for a month

Upon handing in my phone to the MTN tygervalley branch, I was assured that it would take 7 to 10 working days to have my BlackBerry returned to me for a minor fault. The phone was returned and yet the issue I sent it in for was not repaired. It has now been A MONTH since I handed in my phone and yet it has still not been returned. The "manager' of the branch, Suzette Germis, gave me her personal contact details and assured me that she would sort the issue out for me. She does not return my calls, answers with SMSes days later and keeps making excuses as to why she cannot assist me. The latest one was that the systems are down, on the 20th of March - I have received no communication since. I actually cannot believe that a manager could be so negligent of her customers. She also has a habit of rephrasing my questions to avoid giving me answers and always responds with, "I don't want to to you."

I have been a customer of MTN for over a decade and yet the service received is horrible. I would like a capable person to contact me and to make sure that my phone gets back to me.
