UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE REGARDING REPAIRS

In july 2012 i handed in my BB as 2 buttons were not working, i received the phone back in August after having to personally call at the branch in Aug to see if it was ready as the contact details were incorrect, i was told that the phone had been re-furbished. As the phone is spare phone I only use it in emergencies, the phone worked but not the BIS, in Sept i called in at the Southway mall branch and the service was deactived and then re-added. The phone was then returned in Nov as i could not understand why the bis was not working, the phone was sent back and forth and to date is still in for repairs, twice I collected it only to find that the fault had still not been fixed, after 5 months the manager at the store decides to intervene, apparently the phone was out of the 3 month workmanship warranty, WHAT i cannot understand is that when the phone was sent in for the buttons to be repaired in July the BIS worked (my statement will prove that i never access BIS) Now im told that I need to pay to have it fixed, How can a phone be sent back to a client when there is a software problem?.. and now its all my fault... SERIOUSLY UPSET AND ANGRY CLIENT OF OVER 15 YEARS
