Vodacom Gateway Manager gives empty promises

Three months ago my phone was submitted to Vodacom the Gateway Store having a battery problem, it was resolved & returned. But surprisingly last month I experienced the same problem & submitted my phone in. My phone was sent twice to Jhb and it was given to me back on 02/10. After inspection I picked up that the phone still had a problem. Spoke to the Manager Malcom whom I was dealing with since my phone was given in who arranged to have my phone fetched on 04/10, he assured me that my phone would be returned on 08/10. To date I received no phone, manager avoids taking my calls to which I followed up again today & was advised my phone is gone back to Jhb. It's a month that I have no phone, it's frustrating knowing I'm paying for a contract that I am not using. Also I DO NOT want a phone that was in repairs for over a month that was dug into by several technicians. I request a new phone to be given to me & demand answers to the reason the problem was not resolved initially! I always take out contracts with Vodacom but now I have to think twice. Spoke to others whom advised me that a new phone is provided if a software or battery problem is picked up. This is really utte
