Brand New IPhone 5s faulty and service terrible

I upgraded my Nashua Mobile contract and received a new iPhone 5s after opening that evening it stop working and gave me a blue screen and kept restarting. I then returned phone to branch where I collected phone as it was still withing the 7 days return policy. I was told that due to phone been brand new and in perfect condition I would get a new phone as it was and Out Of Box Fault. I waited a few days and then received a call from the branch that said my phone had been returned and would not be replaced as it had a scratch on the side and was not working due to phone been damaged. I then informed the lady at the branch that I had not scratched phone and asked if they had noted a scratch on the phone when I gave it in. The lady told me that they there was no such note and seemed that phone was in perfect condition. I then informed her that I would like a new phone as I did not damage the phone and it was someone who had handled it after me. I have now called the store 5 times as well as left 4 messages for repairs manager at Nashua Mobile to call me back. I have insurance on this phone and also paid about R30 000 in bills last year and this is not the service I except for that.
