I received a phone package (0731112418) from MTN activated for international roaming on the 13th March. From the onset the phone could not make or receive calls, however i could send sms'. I communicated this to Lionel Martin (Account Manager) & Marilyn Mokgoshi (Administrator). Emails started on the 14th March. The only advice provided, failed, I further communicated to say that the phone was still not working. I then received an email from Quinton Els (Solution Consultant) who said that MTN was experiencing a problem with the network. This email was obviously sent as a response to settle customers and to buy time, however no further investigations followed. I am truly appalled and disgusted by the service i received from Lionel & Marilyn who up to this point have still not responded with a solution which is obviously a reflection of MTN. My experience with these employees leads to believe that they do not have the ability to perform their jobs or functions.
