I requested Vodacom in December my Vodacom line for international roaming. The agent said it will take a while and I will then be able to make calls ect. I left SA to the Middle East in March. Arriving at the airport I assumed I will now be able to make calls. No service available. I emailed customer care they emailed me a form to full out. I emailed it back and still after 30 days I cannot received and make calls with my Vodacom sim card. I was forced to buy a pay as you go in the country I am currently residing in. I am billed over a R1000 a month for something I cannot use. I have send numerous emails to customer care but only to find a system generated email response. Vodacom you are making hundreds of millions a month and you really do not care about your customers.

I am still awaiting for someone to sort our my roaming. I CANNOT USE MY VODACOM NUMBER!!!
