New advertising not received, no response to email

I bought a car from drive car last year, a couple of months ago on the website it said we need to get the new branding and should email Lionel for it, my daughter sent an email to him to request for the new branding to be sent as we could not get to any of the branches to pick one up, last month again she sent another email as he has still not responded to the email, we have also sent and email to [Email Removed] and also no response, we have not received the new branding thereby drive/ bluelakesa penalizing me for having the old branding and i therefore have to pay the full amount to the bank as my debit or was rejected because drive did not pay their part. this has caused a great inconvinience for me and extra charges on my account. we have on numerous occasions tried to call Lionel he doesnt answer his phone we have asked for assistance from some of the people at drive and to date nobody has come back to me, this is very bad service and quite frankly im not happy with drive car.this is not the service i was expecting to receive from them and will not recomend anyone to buy a vehicle from them, if this matter is not resolved by this week i will be taking the matter furthe
