Trouble with Roaming

I had a trip to New York on the 13th of May. I went to Nashua Mobile to ensure that my roaming would be activated. The people who helped me said that they had activated the roaming before I left to go to New York. When I got to New York I could not receive or make calls/messages/emails. My daughter had to phone Nashua Mobile to sort this out. After much effort (my wife who was with me had to email ID numbers and other account details as she is the account holder) Ann Mahlohla finally told my daughter that the roaming is not working because the person who originally helped me did not activate international calling which needs to be activated as well in order for roaming to work. Nashua ensured us that they will activate international calling and my phone should be functional in 2-24 hours. After waiting through this period my phone still was not functioning. My daughter phoned Nashua again and spoke to one of the technical guys (cant remember his name) only to find out that the roaming/intermational calling has not been activated properly. Fortunately he was able to activated both of them properly. This process took 3-4 days and 3 hours worth of phone calls. This was a business trip.
