11 Feb went to Nashua (Northgate) to get a contract (Iphone 5 white) Princess was the person helping me. she said I will receive my phone in 3 days. 14Feb no one phoned me, so whent into Nashua 15 Feb and ask if my phone has arrived, Marilyn said no I need to state on letter head, so i did and Marilyn re submitted paperwork. 2 weeks later still no phone, whent to nashua AGAIN spoke to Mark and confirmed there is no phone, check on the system and it still shows they need paperwork that states which phone, after it has been sent in twice. I showed mark on the paper work that has been sent to head office that I have stated on contract and letterhead which phone. Mark phone head office, spoke to annelise and after that Mark cancelled contract and re submitted contract to make sure there is no problems. Mark said my phone will be @ Nashua Thursday 7 March, and that he will personally be phone me wen it arrives. Thursday 7 March @ 11:00 I phoned and spoke to Marilyn again and asked if my phone has arrived and she said no something is wrong, but sorting it out and will phone me. Today I phoned and Marilyn ssaid she re submitted it again. I have been waiting over a month and still nothin
