ON THE 11 MARCH 2013 WE LODGED A QUERY WITH THEM REGARDING A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT THAT THEY WERE BILLING US FOR, TO DATE THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SORTED OUT. I RECEIVED MY MONTHLY STATEMENT TODAY AND THE AMOUNT HAS INCREASED DRASTICALLY. I HAVE A
R 400.00 LIMIT ON MY PHONE. HOW CAN THE AMOUNT GO TO ALMOST R 5000.00. WHY ARE THEY CHARGING ME TO PUT A LIMIT ON MY PHONE IF THEY DONT STICK TO THE LIMIT. I THEN SPOKE TO ANDREW FROM THE CREDITS DEPARTMENT AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER AS THE DEBIT ORDER RUN IS ALREADY SET. WHO IS GOING TO PAY MY UNPAID DEBIT ORDER FEE. I AM NOT A MILLIONAIRE TO HAVE SOO MUCH FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT.
