Vodacom strikes again!

I have a contract with vodacom that has a set call limit of R 50 which is point less as they dont consider it.
Last month i had to pay them R 1372 form R349 that i pay monthly and told them I will be reversing and pay the total amount of R400 which includes the R50 call limit i set, today they ebited R1421 from my bank account even though i cancelled the debit order and they tell me Vodacom does not allow you to do when your contract is kess than a year old. So i asked them why the amount is higher they told me its because they charged me for reversing the debit order, I have had enough of their nonsense and taking this up with the consumer protection act people as i will not be swindled out of my hard earne money like this and porting to MTN cause atleast they know what call limit is!
