To whom it may concern, .

For the second month in a row my service has been suspended due to some credit limit that has been reached. I currently have 3 contracts with MTN and never asked for any limit to be added to my accounts. Every time this happens I need to phone in to have MTN increase the limit which then also takes a couple of days. Last month the limit was supposedly increased, or so I was told. Was not able to use my phone for a week as I had to wait for my debit order to go off before I could make use of my phones again. This has happened in the passed and I personally think it's a bunch of nonsense. I've been with MTN almost a decade and never missed a payment as it's on a debit order, so why limit me? Sort this out or I'll make sure to find me a new service provider...
