Terrible Service and No Care attitude received

I have sent 2 secure messages respectively for my personal bank account and my business bank account to try and increase my AVAILABLE electronic Acc payment limit, not the MONTHLY account payment limit. Your staff finds it extremely challenging to differentiate between the two. I spoke to Lumka this morning and she informed me that even though (for my personal acc) the money has been deposited on the 10th, they have to still check with the depositor of the funds were the funds came from before she can increase my EAP limit. I informed her that I needed it done urgently and she confirmed that as soon as they have confirmed this limit will be increased. I had to phone back and spoke to Fanelwa who was also completely unhelpfull and just informed me that the money is reflecting. I would hope so after 4 days!!! The Limit for the deposited funds were not increased and I couldn't invest in the shares I wanted to invest in!!! I also spoke to Ambros and asked him to increase my available limit on my business acc and he only increased the monthly limit to the amount I asked for and the available limit to half of that, so I am still unable to do my transfers! Please can you sort this out.
