I am writing this on behalf of a friend - who would log the complaint himself, if he had a phone and internet.
The fault was reported some 5 days ago, and todate what has hapened - NOTHING.
The telephone line is DEAD. DEAD AS IN DODO OR AS DEAD AS LAST YEAR OR STUKKEND whatever you want to call it.
On top of this they have a family member who is in hospital having suffered a stroke, and it is costing them a lot of money to phone the hospital at least 8 times a day for an update.
You can be sure that when the Telokm account arrives they will be charged rental for a full month as well as internet for a full month, despite the fact that they have not been able to use either.
Can someone who cares please get going and assist, even a call to their cell phone to tell them that you have no intention of doing anything would help.
