Terrible Service - Reimbursement

I cancelled my contract in early 2012 with Nashua mobile and went on to a prepaid package.
Unbeknown to me the consultant who assisted didnt actually follow procedure and I ended up paying for about 3 months extra for my contract but was promised a full reimbursement as this was Nashua Mobiles fault.
I spoke to the manager Anthony who promised that I would be reimbursed but up until this day whenever I call Anthony he asks me to send him "another email" which to me seems like delaying tactics. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the extra months. I have sent emails to Anthony on the 5/11/2012, 18/12/2012, 19/12/2012.
