Telephone line dead for 3 days now and we pay over R2500 a month for usage so we not bad costumer's even, i pay R350 - every month line rental but now the line is dead so i still going to pay the full amount how unfair is that but what can we do nothing you can complain as mush as you want but still they just don't care they are the only land line company so what now you cant change provider like cell phone providers Telkom needs competition then they will get better in there service i pay for 24/7 line rental but you don't get 24/7 service and one more thing that i don't under stand if you phone them of your land line its free but why will i need to phone them when my line is working if you phone from cell you wait some time up to 20min R30 - air time that you pay to get there service including the line rental where do you end up then.
