Dead phone and net, Telkom have not repaired

My phone and ADSL went dead on Monday night (11/02/13). I Logged a fault and got a reference number (1795CNK110213) SMS'd to me the next morning.
Tuesday night my internet was working intermittently, but the phone was still completely dead. I then got an SMS on Wednesday morning telling me that the the ADSL had been restored.
I got home to find that it didnt work at all, and my phone was still dead. I phoned again (Off my cellphone) to report that I still had no net and a dead phone.
I received a message yesterday (Thursday 14/02/13) Saying that my report reference 1795CNK110213 was restored. Both the phone and the net were still dead. I phoned again on Thursday to report it yet again, only to be told that I should have logged a new fault on Wednesday. After a good rant to the person on the other end, I was met with total silence.
After phoning again, I managed to get a new fault reported and get a new fault number (685CNK140213).
The lady I spoke to told me that she could do nothing more than report the fault.
After being without internet for 2 weeks in December, and again in January, I find the R900 I am paying for ADSL shocking for this terrible service
