13th March we reported a fault on our Telkom and ADSL line, 14th March we recived an sms apologising for the inconvienience, but that Telkom had cancelled our line by mistake and we should call in to resolve the mistake on tel # 10217 (this number no longer exists!), we called 10210 and logged call, on the Friday 15 th we received an sms informing us that service had been restored and to contact them if it had not.
Guess what, service was not restored and so our nightmare of calling, being placed on hold, misinformation and pathetic service started!

Everyday involves calling for at least 45 minutes at a time, we have had call centre agents promising that supervisors would phone back, that technicians have confirmed they would be on site the next day and that our call has been escalated... Nothing has come of it., you are put on hold and after 10 minutes, realise that the call centre agent you were speaking to is not going to come back to you, so you start all over again.

Frustrating and pathetic service being experienced from Telkom...
