I signed a contract for a package that includes a wi-fi mordem and a samsung 6series smart led tv only to find out that the TV is faulty .l have been trying to solve this amicable but it seems as if l'm a fool everybody is passing the buck l don't know who to approach because l have wasted a lot of money on this issue, the staff where l signed the contract a clueless about their job l have been providing them with the numbers to call they have never came back to me regarding this issue it seems l'm the only one putting a lot of effort, when the TV came it was supposed to be having an inbuilt wi-fi lan but it doesn't have the store does not want anything to do with me
