Poor Service actually NO service

I recently connected a land and adsl line via the service provider TELKOM.to install the line at my place i give telkom a thumbs up.well done. after the installation the nightmare starts my passwords for the adsl was required so i had to call 10210.its like no one works for that call centre, took me two days to get through.
my recent encounter was on the 8/10/2013 my line went complete dead, tried calling the 10210, on the 9/10/2013 was just being put on hold the exact same on the 10/10/2013.i lastly reported the fault on line.thereafter went to the midrand Telkom. checked if my line has been suspended, it was not.i then called the customer help from the telkom store were i was immediately responded to. the technician will sort the the fault 3 days after the case has been logged.
so in total from the 8/10/2013 im looking at 5 days in total. is telkom going to re imburse me the money i lost during this fault aswell as my time to go to a telkom store.
i have complained abut the 10210 before and clearly the service is still as pathetic,
this service is really pathetic from a aleading telecommunication provider.
