Unfair treatment to a loyal custome

In December 2012 my internet contract was up for renewal. A consultant gave me a call to offer a renewal. The policy the person offered me was lower than what I was initially paying. When I asked whats the catch I was told there wasn't any. I insisted for terms and conditions and was told that they would be sent to me, I haven't received any up to today. The contract I was put on is a night owl which charges during the day and offers unlimited usage during the night between 12pm and 2 am which is impossible for me. When I called to cancel I was told that I signed a contract, which I haven't. After speaking to numerous consultants and having my cancellation been extended to the end of the term of the contract twice I was eventually given a cancellation fee which is the rest of the installments of the contract. I feel that charging me with these fees are unfair when I wasn't made aware of them when the consultant renewed my contract. All I wast is to end this contract as all of the fees I am paying are not worth what I was made to believe.
