Cell C Centurion useless

It comes down to going in to book in a faulty phone, spending more than half an hour in the shop without ever getting her to check the phone in. Even though she was busy "assisting" me she lost focus when a male customer walked in, and got so caught up in him that she completely forgot about the product and service she is suppose to give and sell. They then realized that the book only had one page left and because she the form she was busy with she will have to start all over again. I was then informed that they will have to go to the other branch and see if they have got a book for them.By then I was so angry that I left before I really lost my temper. Teedee was absolutely useless, she stood there with the phone for more than 20 min without starting the procedure. We moved from another service provider 4 months ago, I truly hope that this is not the norm.
