Cancel my Contract

I called in to cancel these contracts as I now have roadside assistance through BMW. I have been told that the contract was renewed in September 2012 and due for expiry only in September 2013. I was not contacted to confirm that I accept the auto renewal. As per the CPA act below their can be no automatic Renewal of any fixed term contracts. If I have not accepted this the contract should be month to month only.

Contract Renewal
There can be no automatic renewal of the fixed term contract. The consumer (natural persons only) is entitled to cancel the contract when the contract term expires, or at any other time, given that he gave the supplier 20 business day's notice in writing.
At the expiry of the term of a fixed term agreement, the contract will automatically continue on a month to month basis, until the consumer either cancels the contract or renews the agreement for another fixed term. The Act requires the supplier to remind the consumer of the expiry date at least forty business days prior to the expiry date of the fixed term.

Please cancel the contract immediately. I will copy this complaint to the NCR for investigation.
