I attempted to downgrade my account to a cheaper one. The system immediately billed be for the new downgraded contract and allocated the bandwidth which should only arrive the following month. I contacted Eugen Klopper over live chat and he advised me that I was incorrect and all this only applies to next month. he also advised me that I downgraded to soon in the month and must rather upgrade back to the higher package and then downgrade on 20th December again. I advised him that there is something wrong with their system and that if I upgrade now I suspect the system will issue another 5gb and invoice me once again.

Despite this warning he advised me to proceed. I was allocated another 5GB and billed 145. After this he tried to assure me that this is normal and I will not be billed. i warned him that i disagree and that I guarantee that by Tuesday I will end up with double my data an undesired debit order, he said I was wrong.

Last night as predicted the debit order ran (retuned) and I now have almost 11gb of data I don't need.

I sent them an email of complaint this morning and was outright ignored. The accounting principles are terrible the support is pathetic.
