Month to Month, Now suddently on 24m Contract

I phoned today to enquire about cancelling my contract, and to my surprise the consultant told me that it only expires in November 2013, as I signed a 24 Month contract in 2011.I hereby request all the necessary proof from iBurst that I have renewed my contract in 2011.I want solid proof that I gave consent to iBurst to renew my contract for 24-Month's in 2011.According to me this account was on a Month-to-Month basis. I've had this account since 2006 and never since day1 did I ever receive any documentation, SMS, telephone etc, from iBurst requesting a contract renewal and/or notice stating contract expiry date. I signed a 24 month contract in 2006 and according to iBurst "Subscriber Standard Terms & Conditions", Contract will continue for the agreed term, thereafter continue automatically on a month-to-month basis. Furthermore renewals are to be done from the subscribers side, NOT iBurst side, and in writing. Not via SMS or a telephone call. I have phone your customer care, and spoke to a very rude person, he couldn't tell me according to your system how the renewal took place. Unfortunatly I couldn't get his name, I'm going to take this further if iBurst is unable to me give any proof.
