I applied telephonicly for a 3GB internet bundle contract including a wireless router. I received the package this morning and have since tried to call the 082 1945 call centre to enable the sim card so that I can start using the router.
I was holding for 1 hour before I was forced to hang up in order to go to a meeting. I then phoned back and held for another hour, but still no joy. I chose the option to be called back, and the message stated that I would be contacted within an hour, but still no joy.
I now have a very expensive paper weight sitting on my desk as there doesn't seem to be anyone available to activate the sim.
I find this unacceptable service.
