Incomplete/incorrect package received

Hi, I ordered an Alcatal Tablet with the wireless router and I have only received the router. I have understood that the contract was R100 per month for 500megs. This was what was agreed upon as per telephone conversation. I did not ask for the Wifi router on its own as I wanted the tablet as well. Please correct this immediately as you guys took very long to deliver the router. Please respond as no one is getting back to me. The call centre agent herself did not sms a query number and no one is getting back to me. Your number is constantly on hold for the upgrades department. I never knew just how bad your after sales service is otherwise I would not have upgraded and just left Vodacom.
