POOR SERVICE!!! NOT DELIVERING ON PROMISES!!!

Contacted Vodacom Sales around the 25th of Feb 2013, to purchase a LTE router.
Here's the list of my problems:
- on purchasing, they offered me the option of a normal, or a top-up contract. I chose top-up, so that I can top-up my data if it runs out. Turns out that LTE DOES NOT WORK on a top-up contract!! This was never told to me.
- The sales team promised me that the sim cards will be automatically activated on delivery of the router. This NEVER happened, and it took me numerous hours on the phone, and a few days of begging them to get the sim cards activated.
- The router obviously never worked, seeing that it was on the top-up package, so I had NUMEROUS problems speaking to different departments, trying to convert the contract to a normal contract.
-No telephonic support from the SPECIALISTS at Vodacom Data. They "didn't have the user manual for this router"
-No support at Vodacom Repair stores, after waiting for more than a hour in line, they didn't know the router, wanted to check it in for repairs!!
-was charged a full month subscription, but haven't had 1 kb use of router up today. Received "pro-rata data of 2.42GB!
-Not enough space to continue problems, contact me...
