I have been using the 24 hour data bundle and found it working great for my requirements. Friday night about 8:30PM I have purchased another 24 bundle and followed the instrutions via sms to activate the product. *141*6*5*3# then option 1 wherein the system replied that the bundle is already active! Then without checkin I have used the internet, trust that the package is loaded. Today to my disbelieve after having endless disconned issues during browsing, that my standard bundle have been deducted from 157MB down to 8MB and no sight of the 24 hour bundle. My airtime have been Debited, and even on short option on *141*5# menu it stated that the package is active and again checking *141*6*5*3# option one, I am told the package is active, then contact the centre help desk, only to ne irretaded by a non educated staff member that clearly has no idea what he is dealing, with blameing me, then the second call got a very helpfull person with much respect and dedication, much appreciated but he could not resolve the issue aswell, as he need to escalate the issue to log a quiry with technical. Now I want my 150MB back mtn from me and now what about the R50 package thats lost in space?
