This report follows on from my report posted 1 week ago (Wednesday 13th March) to Cell C with regards to the dishonesty regarding the waiting period for the iPhone5.
Sipho called me on Wednesday 13th March as per CellC's reply on Hello Peter to my complaint, however he assured me that he would call me straight back after checking if he could organise for an iPhone5 to be sent from Joburg to Cape Town. I am still awaiting his return call - I am without feedback and still without the phone - this service leaves much to be desired. I have tried to reach Sipho on the call centre number however whilst trying to locate which department he worked in - I was cut off numerous times. I expect this to be sorted out today as I have been more than patient - waiting since January for an iPhone5 is simply ridiculous - the excuses with regards to the supplier are not of my concern; it is Cell C's responsibility to assure good supplier relations with their suppliers - and not to make these problems their client's problems. When you have been told that the waiting period will not be more than a month and it is has been double the length of time promised... makes me very upset.
