Cell C
Still waiting

My wife applied to port her number from Vodacom to CellC on 4 March. Today, 13 March, and she still don't have the new phone and CellC simcard.
I wrote a report on 7 March, and was assured that she will be assisted in a good way. (https:///cell-c/complaints/trying-to-take-out-contract-1031613)

There were some complications with the porting, but they promised that they will send the phone in the mean time. It's 10 days later and my wife is still waiting...
Will it be faster if she goes into a store? Or will that take just as long?

Maybe it's not such a good idea to move to CellC after all :(
