STILL NO SOLUTION AFTER 6 WEEKS!

I have reported being over charged about 7 (seven) times already but still no resolution to my problem! Every time I am contacted by an "agent", they don't seem to understand the plan (contract) that I am on and gives me ridiculous answers as to why I am being charged what I am being charged!

The last response from Cell C regarding my complaint (via Hellopeter.com) was that my query will be sorted out by a person by the name of "Sipho".
I finally did speak to a "Sipho" (after speaking to a few others) last week Monday (14/10/13 @ 16.20) who promised to get back to me by Wednesday (16/10/13) the latest... Guess what! It is now the 21 of October (Monday) and still no sign of "Sipho"!

What do I need to do to get an answer as to why I am being overcharged? Sipho has agreeded that I should been billed R199 and not R249 P/M (according to their "system").

I do have another line with Cell C which is almost up for renewal and guess what? I'm not gonna come back for service like this!
