Don't use the reseller hosting service!!!

We signed up for the windows reseller hosting at the end of Jan 2013.

Out of the blocks the service was great, but then it just went downhill from there.

From day one the resellers hosting was a problem and they promised to sort it out. Almost two months later and it's still not working!

Until now I am paying for something that I cannot resell. Every time they just apply a quick fix.

This is the issues with the product:

o The sub domains is not deleted.
o The wwwroot folder and sub domain folders are not deleted.
o The domain email account is not deleted.
o The ftp account is not deleted.
o The www record is not pointing correctly.
o When you create an account Temporary links are created but they do not work.

Do not use this service, it will drive you up the wall!
